First Thursday June

by Downtown Calgary · 0 comments

Art and culture lovers get on downtown to Art Central this evening for the monthly First Thursday event.  The event that runs on the first Thursday of every month at Art Central is Calgary’s monthly event for new gallery openings, musical performances, lectures, good food and more.

More than just a centralized event, First Thursday’s hub is Art Central, but it extends to all cultural events taking place on June 7th. Check out the First Thursday website to see everything that is going on, there are pop-up galleries, drink specials, stand-up comedy, a latin DJ, and much more (in addition to all the great galleries in Art Central).

We will be on site with our traveling photobooth. We’re continuing our search for Calgary Style Icons, so suit-up, dress-up or just roll out of bed and see if you have what it takes to become a style icon.
