Street Style Huntress: Fall Perfection

by Aldona Barutowicz · 0 comments

Fall is by far my favourite time of year, and that’s mostly due to fashion and the amazing style that we see in the fall season. True, I love the colours, crisp air, drinking hot coffee while photographing stylish strangers, and always feeling sad that we don’t get fall for nearly long enough. But it’s the clothes that really get me revved up, and thankfully a lot of the great fall fashion leads us right into winter, so I guess I can stop complaining.

I had the lovely pleasure of contributing to Avenue Magazine a couple of weeks ago, where I had the opportunity to discuss some of my favourite fall trends, which naturally include leather, dark hues and the bold/bright lip colour. Ahh, yummy fall. My studded leather gloves are by far a favourite, and I’m loving the addition of scarves in beautiful hues to my existing wardrobe, among many other items.

To read the entire article check out Avenue Magazine online, where I give you more fall action and all of the trends that are getting me super excited, and not only that, the article also includes some input from a few lovely and fashionable friends that are making quite the stir in Calgary’s fashion scene!

And so, before we saw the first snowflake of the season, I was fortunate to capture Bernadette Saraceni and her fantastic fall look, where she not only rocks an amazing trench coat that has a great twist on the classic, but cranberry coloured pants, black boots and stylish handbag to match.

Bernadette is adorable, fashionable and ready to rock the cooler months ahead!

The neutral toned trench coat is perfect in so many ways. Not only is a trench coat a classic and beautiful staple in any wardrobe, this one has a few twists and additions that make it fun and super adorable. I love the buttons, the double-brested front, and the frill on the edges.

Not only is the trench coat fabulous on the outside, it has an amazing lining to make it even cooler. Yay polka dots!

Bernadette keeps her accessories simple and chic. I love the triangle earrings.

Funky glasses add so much personality and flair. Love these specs!

A simple pair of black boots is a great idea, as you can pair these with various outfit combinations.

The cranberry coloured pants are amazing, so much so, that I also bought a pair!

Happy Fall/Winter!
