Calgary Canada Day 2014 Round-Up

July 1st Update: See the City of Calgary website for up to date times and locations of entertainment and activities happening during Canada Day.

Celebrate Canada Day in Calgary! There are a number of Canada Day events happening in and around downtown Calgary, so why not slap on some sunscreen and celebrate this fine nation’s 147th birthday in style!

Your best bet is to take advantage of FREE downtown parking and use the FREE Canada Day Shuttle to get from event to event.

All the of events listed below are FREE and family friendly! We’ve made a best effort to organize these events by time.

EAST VILLAGE STREET FAIR
8th Avenue SE

FORT CALGARY

Free outdoor activities, 1/2 off for visitor centre admission

EAST VILLAGE SHOW & SHINE

POWWOW presented by Bow Valley College, Iniikokaan Aboriginal Centre & The City of Calgary
Prince’s Island Park
10 am – 6 pm

Canadian Artist for the Poor Art Walk

10 am – 5 pm
