Pop-Up Picnics

BYOL (bring your own lunch) and head out for some fun activities and entertainment on your lunch break. The Pop-Up Picnics are at a different location each time, so check this link for updates. The last two dates for the summer are August 7 and 21 between 11:30am to 1:00pm.

Picnic activities include a full size chess set, entertainment that changes each picnic, chances to win great prizes, on-site food vendors, and more!  Please note that if the weather does not cooperate the picnics may be rescheduled.

Weekend Entertainment

If you’re downtown on the weekend, CJSW is programming the Stephen Avenue Walk stage on Saturdays for most of the summer. Expect an eclectic mix of local music as well as national touring acts. Future dates include August 3, 10, and August 24.  The August 3rd lineup includes  The Jon Mccaslin Trio (Jazz/Soul) and Funkensheist (funk).

Enjoy!
