Riddles, puzzles, skill-testing questions, prices and MORE. Free and open to ANYONE! Explore the Olympic Plaza Cultural District and help plan its future!

The City of Calgary is seeking public input on amenities, activities and features citizens would like to see in the area around and including Olympic Plaza. This engagement will inform a programming guide for further design work being led by Calgary Municipal Land Corporation (CMLC).

PROARTS @ Noon - May 18, 2022

PROARTS  at Noon is a free concert series that takes place each Wednesday at the Cathedral Church is Downtown Calgary. Spanning many genres, these concerts explore the best in local and traveling musicians.

This week: The T. Buckley Trio delivers soulful laments and gritty truths, wrapped in a cowboy blanket to create a distinct western Canadian flavour. This Calgary trio has been turning heads since they first came onto scene in 2010 with their twist on “a little bit country and a little bit rock and roll.”

Puppet Workshop - May 21, 2022

Make your own pop-up puppet from step by step instruction and perform your puppet and be part of a story. Fun for the whole family! Please note that children and teens must participate with an adult or senior.

Puppet Pop-Up Studio is a monthly puppet making and performing workshop on the third Saturday of each month at different locations in Calgary. We actively promote all family members, youngsters and elders, in creating art and drama together and accommodate all skills and ages, with a different theme each month.
