SKATE WITH SANTA - December 17th, 2016
Skate with Santa on the ice at Olympic Plaza! Bring your own equipment, or rent skates and helmets from the KidSport Skate Shack (limited quantities available). First time skating? No problem! Learn some skating tips and enjoy various skating performances from the Wild Rose Skating Club.
Free hot chocolate to be provided by Cafe Rosso! Enter for a chance to win a life-sized inflatable moose. KiSS 95.9 will also be on site.

SNOW GLOBE OFFICE POP-UP - December 13th, 2016
The Downtown Calgary snow globe and KiSS 95.9 will be making pop-up appearances at various office towers downtown. This week, we will be at Bow Valley Square on Tuesday, December 13th. The event runs 11am - 2pm.
Stop by for a free photo with your team or friends! Also enter for a chance to win a team lunch at Earls.67 (*for up to 10 people), along with other prizes from Earls.67. KiSS 95.9 will also be handing out free music download cards (while quantities last).
CHRISTMAS AT HUDSON’S BAY - December 15th & 17th, 2016
Hudson’s Bay downtown has quite a few Christmas activities happening this week!
On Thursday, December 15th, they will be hosting their “Last Minute Holiday Shopping Event”, which will include exclusive specials, a DJ, and more! Begins at 5pm.
On Saturday, December 17th, they will host their “Last Minute Holiday Family Shopping Event”. Santa will be on site from 11am - 4pm for photos. There will also be a photo booth, hands-on toy display, face painter, and other pop-ups!
Both events take place on the main floor.
PROARTS PRESENTS: LA VIE CHOIR - December 14th, 2016
La VIe was founded in 2013, and is based in Calgary, AB. It is made up of six classically trained singers: Melanie Baux, Aiofe Donnelly, Celia Lee, Catherine Lippitt, Sara Staples & Lauren Woods.
With “perfect blend” these ladies sing everything from Hildegard Von Bingen to Queen with impeccable style and artistry.
Join the ladies on December 14 for a free programme of Winter and Snow songs at Cathedral Church.
MUSIC FOR A WINTER EVENING - December 13th, 2016
Legacy Family of Companies is proud to partner with the Calgary Dream Centre to give hope to homeless and addicted women and men of Calgary this Christmas. They will be welcoming songwriter, storyteller, and troubadour the Steve Bell Trio to deliver an unforgettable musical performance! All proceeds go toward the Calgary Dream Centre.
This takes place at the Jack Singer Concert Hall at 7:30pm. Tickets can be purchased here.
