Glimmers of light reflect from dimly lit chandeliers as handcrafted cocktails and premium champagne make their way into seductive hands – the perfect accompaniment for your oysters, caviar and foi gras. The sound of sultry, live jazz permeates your ears and fills the room.

Join us for Contemporary Calgary’s Patio Party to celebrate the beginning of summer.

Our loading dock will be transformed into an urban lounge, with disco balls and video projections! The evening will kick off with a talk by FRANK Architecture & Interiors, whose projects include Calgary’s chicest new bars and restaurants. FRANK will discuss social spaces and urbanism. Afterwards, the patio will be open and drinks, music, and food will complete this celebratory evening!

RÜFÜS DU SOL | June 8, 2022

RÜFÜS (aka RÜFÜS DU SOL in North America) are an indie dance trio who formed in 2010 hailing from Sydney, Australia and have won an allegiance of fans and critics alike with their dreamy and catchy rhythms.

The Australian alternative dance Group RÜFÜS DU SOL will be performing at The Palace Theatre (formerly Flames Central).

This June marks the 30th ANNIVERSARY OF STAGE ONE!

For 30 years Lunchbox Theatre has been dedicated to the creation, development and production of new Canadian one-act plays, many of which have gone on to great acclaim after their premiere on our stage. June 2017 we will commemorate this remarkable achievement, as well as celebrate the astounding contribution of Stage One’s corporate sponsor SUNCOR ENERGY for their 30 years of remarkable partnership.

Admission is FREE.
