Articles by Michael Buffett

My name is Michael Buffett and I work, live, cook, and eat here in Calgary. I have earned my stripes as a chef from the talented and passionate guidance of SAIT's Culinary Instructors, and am currently employed with one of the City's oldest and most exclusive dining clubs. It is a tribute to this city that I have traveled Canada extensively, and have chosen to make Calgary my home for over three years now. As a gesture of celebration and giving back to community, I have started a food blog that explores Calgary's safari of culinary landscape, as well as offer my own recipes and ideas. Whether you are looking for a place to host a party, or just don't feel like dirtying your own kitchen, I want to help you select the perfect place to satisfy your appetite. Blog: Calgary food blog
