SANTA AND MRS. CLAUS VISIT THE CORE - December 10th, 2016

Come join Downtown Calgary at The CORE Shopping Centre on Saturday, December 10th from 11am - 2pm and take a FREE photo with Santa in front of our giant inflatable snow globe! Santa and the snow globe will be located on the 2nd floor in front of The CORE’s giant Christmas tree.

You can also enjoy story time with Mrs. Claus at Caffé Trieste up on the 3rd floor, and receive a free childrens milk hot chocolate upon purchase of any other beverage. Enter the draw to win a collection of children’s Christmas books from Indigo.

There will also be entertainment from Fresh Blend A Cappella and Jacquie Drew. All while enjoying one of downtown Calgary’s shopping centres!

OFFICE TOWER SNOW GLOBE POP-UPS - December 6th & 8th, 2016

The Downtown Calgary snow globe and KiSS 95.9 will be making pop-up appearances at various office towers downtown. This week, we will be at Suncor Energy Centre on Tuesday, December 6th, and Fifth Avenue Place on Thursday, December 8th. Both events run 11am - 2pm.

Stop by for a free photo with your team or friends! Also enter for a chance to win a team lunch at Earls67 (*for up to 10 people). KiSS 95.9 will also be handing out free music download cards (while quantities last).

NAUGHTY BUT NICE: THIRD TIME’S THE CHARM - Begins December 6th, 2016

Come celebrate the holiday season with fabulous new songs by composers from across Canada and beyond! Don’t fret, you’re sure to catch some of your old favourites like “Brendan, the Brown-Nosed Reindeer” and “Bailey’s for Breakfast,” but it wouldn’t be Forte if they didn’t surprise you with new music that is sure to become a staple in your holiday repertoire. Sometimes racy, sometimes sweet, Naughty… but Nice! promises to leave you with a song in your heart and a smile on your face!

SING-ALONG MESSIAH - December 11th, 2016

Hallelujah! Raise your voice and be part of the biggest choir in town. Sing-along with the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra, Chorus and guest soloists in this joyous holiday event. Bring your own score or purchase one in the lobby, or just sit back and be surrounded by glorious music as hundreds of Calgarians raise the rafters of the Jack Singer Concert Hall.

THE GRINCH AT EAU CLAIRE CHRISTMAS MARKET - December 10th & 11th, 2016

Visit The Grinch at Eau Claire Christmas Market for a whimsical weekend of arts, crafts, entertainment and vendors themed after Dr. Seuss’s famous children’s story.

Entertainment, treats, kids’ activities and a number of vendors selling handmade, local items just in time to finish your holiday shopping with.

Children will have a chance to redeem their “naughties” with a special visit from The Grinch himself. This event is absolutely FREE for family and friends!

Hours are Saturday 11am - 5pm and Sunday 12pm - 4pm.
