DOWNTOWN LIBATIONS AT BUCHANAN’S - November 30th, 2016

Join us for the final Libations taking place at Buchanan’s! Buchanan’s has generously offered to host a 3 course whisky and canape pairing from 4-6pm, which includes:

Whisky:
- 1 Highland
- 1 Lowland
- 1 Islay

Some whisky-friendly Canapes will also accompany each course, and you will have the opportunity to speak with the staff about any further questions you have about the tasting.

You will also have the chance to enter into a draw to win a $50 gift card for Buchanan’s.

CIRQUE MUSICA HOLIDAY SPECTACULAR - December 2nd & 3rd, 2016

The family orchestral circus spectacular returns by popular demand to unveil some new festive surprises just in time for the holiday season with three Christmas performances – including a Saturday matinee! Thrilling and heart pounding, experience daring aerialists suspended high above the Orchestra and gymnasts performing stunning feats, seamlessly choreographed to orchestral holiday favourites.

The Downtown Calgary snow globe will also be on site for the pre-show!

IT’S A WONDERFUL LIFE AT LUNCHBOX THEATRE - Begins November 28th, 2016

A classic holiday tale told 1940’s radio style!

Celebrate the holiday season with one of the most iconic Christmas stories every told! It’s A Wonderful Life is the classic tale of George Bailey, Clarence the Angel and the town of Bedford Falls. When misfortune befalls George Bailey on Christmas Eve, he is shown what his town and his family would be like if he had never lived. Conceived as a live 1940’s radio broadcast, a cast of 5 actors will bring this classic holiday story of love and redemption to life on our stage!

A CHRISTMAS CAROL AT THEATRE CALGARY - Until December 24th, 2016

This season, Theatre Calgary celebrates a remarkable thirty years of bringing A Christmas Carol to Calgary. Stephen Hair returns as Ebenezer Scrooge in the annual production that the Calgary Sun called “the best of all possible versions of A Christmas Carol.” Filled with music and spectacle, there’s no better way to fill your heart with the spirit of Christmas.

MARKETSPOT WINTER MARKET - December 3rd & 4th, 2016

Marketspot is hosting their 3rd annual Winter Market at Eau Claire! The market runs from 11am - 6pm and will feature:

- Over 70 vendor stalls daily
- Live Music All Day
- A Huge Kids Zone (crafts, dancing, Santa and more!)
- 20$ Hair Cuts for the Women’s Shelter presented by the Ginger Group
