Enjoy Easter Brunch in Downtown Calgary

by Downtown Calgary · 1 comment

Brunch is such a great meal. It combines the best of Breakfast with the more relaxed timing of Lunch and pairs nicely with a long weekend. This Saturday is Easter, and it’s perfect excuse to check out brunch at one of these great downtown locations.

Fairmont Palliser Hotel

Bask in the history of The Palliser Hotel. Celebrating 100 years, the Palliser is THE place to enjoy a weekend brunch. With seatings in the Rimrock and the Crystal Ballroom, this will be an Easter to remember. For reservation and menu information see the Fairmont Palliser website.

Thomsons

Thomsons already does a great breakfast buffet, but for Easter they are presenting a special menu. Starting with a fully featured omelet bar, the list goes on to include fresh seafood, a selection of meat, desserts and a selection for children. For reservations call 403-717-1234 or go to the Hyatt Regency website for more info.

River Café

No special menu here, but some will agree that doesn’t matter. Book a romantic table for two, or bring the whole family to the River Café to try one of Calgary’s best loved secrets. You can start with fruit & pastries or go wild with the Fish & Game board. Make your reservation now! Located on the beautiful Prince’s Island Park, the River Café is a popular spot any day of the week!

Milestones

This year Milestones is opting to do an Easter dinner instead of brunch. Stop by the Stephen Avenue location to get your fill of turkey dinner including mashed potatoes, veggies and stuffing!

Sunterra

Want to eat at home, but don’t have time to cook? Try Sunterra Market for prepared meals you can bring home to your family. Sunterra also has an amazing selection of meals and groceries to keep you and your family stuffed!
